New Client Intro Session
(40 minutes)

During this session, you will be going through a baseline screening to see where you are at and what you want to focus on. Then the session will move on to a short workout featuring all of our equipment.

Private Pilates Sessions
(one-on-one, 55 minutes)

Because everyone is different and things physically change with our bodies constantly, no Pilates session will be the same. During these sessions, your individualized plan will be used to develop each Pilates session. All of our sessions include the use of equipment.

(2 person training, 55 minutes)

Pilates Sessions are a great way to get in a workout and hang out with a friend, family member, or sign up for an open slot and get paired with a new friend! Reap the benefits of private Pilates training with the motivation that comes from training with an exercise partner at a discounted price.

Duets work best when you and your partner can commit to the same schedule every week and have similar physical abilities/goals. If you are new to Pilates, we recommend attending a couple of private Pilates sessions prior to teaming up for Clowder Pilates training.
